LevyRight is a free tool. It is not funded by selling what it learns about you. This page says plainly what the site collects, why, and who else can see it.

The short version

  • Checking an address requires no account, and we do not keep the address you type.
  • If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and nothing else.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your information with data brokers, lead buyers, or appeal companies.
  • We use Google Analytics to count visits, and Google Fonts to render type. Both mean Google receives your IP address.
  • Donations go through Stripe. We never see your card details.

The address you check

When you enter a property address, it is sent to our assessment tool at check.levyright.com, which looks it up in our copy of the Maricopa County Assessor’s public bulk records and compares it against recent recorded sales nearby.

We do not store the address you type in a database, and we do not link it to you. There is no account, no login, and nothing that ties one search to another.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps short-lived server request logs as a normal part of running a website. Those logs can include your IP address and the page requested. We do not mine them, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

The waitlist

If you join the early-access list for the appeal packet, we store the email address you submit, the fact that it came from this website, and the date. That is the entire record.

We will use it to email you once, when the appeal packet is ready. It is not a newsletter, it is not shared with anyone, and it is not sold. To be removed, email support@levyright.com and we will delete the record.

Waitlist entries are stored on our WordPress site, hosted by Hostinger.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether the tool is actually being used. This sets cookies in your browser and sends Google your IP address along with the pages you view.

We look at this in aggregate. We are not trying to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine analytics data with waitlist emails.

You can opt out with a browser extension, a tracking blocker, or your browser’s own privacy settings. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Fonts

This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser requests files from Google’s servers, and Google receives your IP address in the process. We mention it because most sites do this silently.

Donations

If you choose to support LevyRight, the payment is handled entirely on a page hosted by Stripe. Your card details are never sent to this site and we never have access to them. Stripe’s own privacy terms apply to that transaction.

Where the property data comes from

All parcel information shown by the tool comes from the Maricopa County Assessor’s published public records: full cash value, limited property value, land classification, living area, and recorded sale prices and dates. This is public information that the county makes available to anyone.

We did not gather it from you, and checking your own address does not add anything to it.

Who else is involved

Running the site requires a handful of services, each of which can see some technical data in the course of doing its job:

  • Hostinger hosts levyright.com and stores waitlist emails.
  • Vercel hosts the assessment tool at check.levyright.com.
  • Neon hosts the database of public county records the tool searches.
  • Google provides Analytics, Search Console, and Fonts.
  • Stripe processes donations.

None of these are given your information to use for their own marketing by us.

Children

This site is intended for property owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who can see it, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant and you are on the waitlist, we will tell you by email.
